Crocs, turtles and falls

Last week we travelled inland to a village called Kuranda where it rained non-stop for 3 days. But we still got out and managed to see some creatures, and walk to the beautiful Barron falls.
And Kieran got a new hat which he was really pleased with.

Is that an alligator or a crocodile?

And is that David Bellamy you're travelling with now?

Photos are great, glad to read the update, love the beard but can you give a warning before posting pictures of snakes in future. You touched a snake, that's disgusting, don't know if I'll be able to shake hands with you ever again now.

It's a freshwater croc, not dangerous!

Sorry Siobhan, I did think about warning you but forgot again! The snake was injured and had a droopy head. Not very scary or big. The green thing on my hand was a little wierd.

I don't think I'll be picking up any spiders.
